Cisco’s mission to empower an inclusive future for all is no vain promise. The networking giant is one of the greatest connectors worldwide, improving access to essential services like education, and healthcare, helping businesses thrive and securing the operation of national infrastructures while putting in a serious effort to make IT platforms more sustainable. I translate the global strategy guidelines to go-to-market tactics for the Dutch market, focusing mainly on developing and engaging stakeholder communities around Cisco’s Hybrid Work (Smart Workplace Platform) and Security propositions (SECCON NL).

The Internet Domain Registration Netherlands Foundation (SIDN) is a registry managing the domain names for the top-level domain .nl since 1996. Recognizing the urgent need for privacy protection online, they have invested heavily in IRMA, a self-sovereign identity solution, offering control of your digital identity assets, like a digital passport. I helped to finetune the go-to-market strategy and rebranding for IRMA to yivi.

Cyber Security caught my special interest in 2015 while working for Movici, as I gained an insight into the growing threats on our critical infrastructures. KPN Security is the largest Security VAR in the Netherlands. I led the post-merger transition from the marketing of ‘point solutions’ to marketing value propositions through customer-centric buying journeys. I established the co-op collaboration with strategic partners and marketing stakeholders at the parent company KPN.

Efficient use of energy is essential to life itself. Now more than ever. O-Nexus is a scale-up offering a game-changing energy management system for smart buildings. I developed and launched their commercial proposition targeting the real estate, engineering, and construction sectors.

Ecochain is a leading business intelligence tool that quantifies a business’s environmental footprint and helps it to discover sustainability opportunities. I implemented a marketing strategy to complement their growth potential and launched the rebranding, marketing automation, and go-to-market strategy.

I represented Spark Campus on the development team of Brainport Smart District, the most enjoyable, healthy, and sustainable residential area of the Netherlands. I led the tribe that delivered the guiding principles for the digital infrastructure of BSD and was a member of the steering team that reported to the municipality of Eindhoven.

Movici creates digital twins of critical infrastructures to deliver valuable insights for predictive maintenance, crisis management, design improvements etc. I developed the market strategy from scratch, starting with developing value propositions in co-creation with key stakeholders in the industry, simultaneously creating the necessary opportunities to outgrow the start-up phase successfully.
